What is meditation?
Meditation begins with mindfulness on the senses available to you in your own body and your immediate environment. Meditation occurs when no distractions are present and you focus solely on one object or image.
The fact that this is difficult to achieve is why we have teachers who guide and encourage consistent practice. We support you in peaceful existence and discovering your true nature!

Who meditates and why do they do it?
